If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to request a return, exchange, or refund — quickly and easily.
🕒 1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

It must include the original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals.

Our customer care team will reply within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday) with the next steps.
💳 3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
⚠️ Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty product.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing its packaging or accessories, the refund may be declined.

If you wish to exchange an item for another colour, model, or size, please contact us at support@homuvi.com.
We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the exchange process.
🧾 5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll happily send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
